Hi, I’m D — the heart behind Healing With D.

I’ve been around herbs my whole life. Long before the formal schooling, I learned from my mom, my grandma, and from living close to the land, where the plants teach you if you’re willing to listen.

Over time, I realized my role wasn’t just to work with herbs, but to help people reconnect to themselves -To remind them they’re not broken, they’re becoming.

My work is less about “fixing” and more about guiding, supporting, and helping you understand your own body and spirit in a way that feels empowering.

Healing is something we grow into. Not all at once, not in a straight line — but through the moments life hands us. My path wasn’t a single decision; it was a collection of experiences that kept pointing me back to the same truth: people need a place where they can be honest about what hurts and what hopes they’re carrying.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been in formal herbal studies, adding science and structure to the hands‑on knowledge I grew up with. My work blends old‑school folk wisdom with modern herbal education, intuitive healing, and the kind of lived experience you can’t learn from a book.

Along the way, I’ve trained in multiple forms of herbal, intuitive, and spiritual healing — deepening my understanding of how the body, mind, and soul work together. I’m currently in a two‑year study of the human energy field, expanding my ability to support people on a whole‑being level.

Life has taught me that healing isn’t loud. It’s steady. It’s patient. It’s the kind of work that happens in the quiet, when you finally stop pushing through and start listening.

That’s the energy I bring into my practice — grounded, gentle, and real.

My approach isn’t just about herbs. It’s about the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers that shape our health. It’s about helping people understand themselves in a way that feels empowering, grounded, and deeply human.

I help people reconnect to themselves — mind, body, and soul — through gentle, practical healing that meets you exactly where you are.

This is the heart behind Healing With D — a space where you can breathe, settle, and begin again.
